[Hotstorage-organizers] HotStorage'26 paper — non-student workshop registration requirement

Hi Bryan,

We require at least one full workshop registration (ACM or non-ACM,
i.e., non-student) per paper. If the authors would like to attend the
full conference, they are welcome to register for that instead.

I hope this clarifies things.

Regards,
Pramod
