Vijay Inavolu had sent us a similar request about workshop registration and the invitation letter regarding your paper, although he was not one of the authors. Below was my response to the earlier e-mail.
Hello, I am Bryan S. Kim, one of the program committee co-chairs for this year's HotStorage. I first want to congratulate you on the (conditional) acceptance of your work. Please work with your assigned shepherd (Eunji Lee) to complete the final version of the paper.

As co-authors of this accepted paper, we plan to participate in the workshop and
