[LUGSB] lugsb mailing list

I've created a temp lugsb at lists.fsl.cs.sunysb.edu mailing list, until we
have an official home.  This way all communications will get archived, and
we can have people subscribe all they want.

Currently I'm the list -admin.  I need one or more volunteers to become the
list admin instead (mostly to handle pending queue messages sent from
non-subscribers).  I'm using Mailman 2.0.13.
