[LUGSB] re: real/c++

it appears that i do not know the basics, so i need a little help.  
1) i got the synaptic rpm, and got it loaded, but i have no idea where it
is.  
2) i have the real audio .bin, how do i install it.
3) i did ( or tried to ) install the development category, all i have in
the programming  folder is Emacs and memory profiler.  am i looking in the
wrong area.
