[LUGSB] LUGSB Wiki

I am pleased to say that we now have our very own Wiki to play around
with.  I personally have never used a wiki to any great extent, but I
can't wait to see where this one goes and how it evolves.  I found out
that our server (sparky) will run PHP and I found pmWiki which runs is
in PHP and does not need any database to operate.  It is also GPLed. 
So, run over to

it out.  If you don't know what a Wiki is, click the link and you'll
find that a short introduction to Wikidom is available.

Seriously, start editing the wiki.
