[LUGSB] (no subject)

Hallo Samba specialists!

I want to use suse linux 8.0 and samba 2.3.a as PDC (domainmaster)
 for windows XP clients.
But again and again I get the following errors:

---> with security = user
the first errorlines

           
                                                                                                              
<   api_samr_set_userinfo: Unable to unmarshall SAMR_Q_SET_USERINFO.
< [2003/01/14 09:08:25, 0] passdb/pdb_smbpasswd.c:pdb_getsampwrid(1418)
<   unable to open passdb database.

with security = domain I get the following errors additonaly.

< [2003/01/14 09:11:38, 0] smbd/password.c:domain_client_validate(1556)
<   domain_client_validate: could not fetch trust account password for domain SKOLE.NET
< [2003/01/14 09:11:39, 0] smbd/password.c:domain_client_validate(1556)
<   domain_client_validate: could not fetch trust account password for domain SKOLE.NET
< [2003/01/14 09:11:39, 0] rpc_server/srv_samr.c:api_samr_set_userinfo(670)
<   api_samr_set_userinfo: Unable to unmarshall SAMR_Q_SET_USERINFO.
< [2003/01/14 09:11:39, 0] passdb/pdb_smbpasswd.c:pdb_getsampwrid(1418)
<   unable to open passdb database.

Can  you help me?

Samba version 3 a solution?? Beta test gave same result.
Lies my mistake somewhere else?
