[LUGSB] GAIM!

I went down to the room where the meeting is going to be held (CS 1211),
and it looks like it's going to work really really well. There are
blackboards, whiteboards, comfy chairs, some tables and a bunch of
outlets. The only problem is a lack of network access. I don't know if
we'll really need this every meeting, but it would've been nice to have.
Due to the lack of network access I'm going to be installing a jabber
server on my computer so that I'll be able to log into something with
gaim and show off a few of the features. Oh, keep in mind that the
numbering of the rooms in the computer science building is really wacky.
For example, the two rooms on either side of 1211 are 1315 and
1350-something. yeah. The room is towards the end of the building
where the undergraduate office is. I'll be sure and hang something
outside that makes it obvious (picture of tux). ...see everyone wednesday.
