[LUGSB] website updates

Okay, so I spent (wasted?) two hours making sure that all of the pages
on our website validate as xhtml 1.1.  Why?  Because I'm a masochist.  I
also happen to be a nut for web standards.  I don't know why, so don't
ask.  Anyway, so all of the pages on the site now validate as xhtml 1.1
as well as validating for css.  Each page now has both little W3C badges
on the bottom and when you click them it will run the validator on the
page from which you clicked.  It's pretty neat.  I just thought I would
let the list know.
