Well, I for one, thinks O'Reilly deserves mention among the user group
community in general. They have been offering really good UNIX and GNU
related books for a very long time (long before Linux got any press) and
always at affordable prices in an age when other UNIX documentation sets
cost hundreds of dollars. I was a member of a small UNIX users group
(mostly AIX users from the nearby IBM) -- I guess this was about a decade
ago, and O'Reilly helped us get a nice little library going back then too.
To see them still supporting the user group community shows their
commitment.
