I don't have one installed on the FSL mail gateway. It'd be nice if I had
something that was a simple drop-in for sendmail.

BTW all mail that goes through cs.sunsyb.edu's MX gets defanged.

Erez.

LUGSB's second meeting will be this Thursday, October 2nd at 6:30pm in
the Computer Science Building room 1211. That is the same room as last
meeting. I tried diligently to get another room, but that'll probably
have to wait until the following meeting. The topic for this coming
meeting is going to be wireless networking under linux. I'll probably
give a brief talk about wireless networks, then we'll try and set up our
own wireless network using my new wireless router. So, if you have any
device/laptop/anything that can connect to something over an 802.11b or
802.11g network, bring it down. The operating system on the device is
not important. I will hopefully have my wireless pcmcia card by then,
and I'll be running linux. But, for the sake of doing something neat
with a network, the more hosts the better. Also remember that we'll
have copies of Knoppix to hand out and we'll be able to do installs of
Red Hat 9 or Mandrake 9.1 on the spot if you are interested. So, while
this isn't our official install-a-thon, we can do installs. :o)
I hope to see many of you there. Lets see if we can get as big of a
turn out as we had last meeting. Bring all of your friends along. Once
again, the meeting is this Thursday, October 2nd at 6:30pm in the
Computer Science Building room 1211.

Later,
Mark.
