Mark,
I'm sorry to say that I can't make it to the meetings. As with most EE grad students, I have most of my classes at night. Is it possible to alternate the time of meetings between weeks so that I can at least attend some of them on a bi weekly schedule? I'm free all day Mondays and Fridays, as well as on Wednesdays, till 7pm. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings aren't really good with me. Of course, I understand that I'm not the only member of LUGSB who's got classes to attend; I'm only proposing that perhaps we can meet at a time where those of us who have to take a lot of night classes can show up once in a while to the meetings.
thanks for your consideration
Tony Huang

It is my goal to have meetings at a time that can best accommodate the
majority of people who would like to attend. To that end, I'm willing
to talk about changing the times around. It just happens that for the
large majority of members, classes are during the day. We toyed with
the idea of having different times for meetings depending on which week
it was, but we decided it was a bad idea because it can get confusing.
Having meetings every other week is confusing enough. Pretty soon we'll
be deciding when our meetings are based on the alignment of the stars.
:o) So, I'll bring it up tonight and see if anyone would rather have
the meetings at a different time. So, we'll see.
