To whom this may concern:

Can you please take me off of your mailing list?
I am getting kind of upset with all of these e-mails that you have been
sending me. I really don't have to know about when you are going to
send an article somewhere or when the meeting time is changed by a few
minutes.

Can you please either put me onto your other mailing list just for when
the meetings are, or stop sending me e-mails all together.

Thank you,

Gregory Hovagim

Gregory,

I'm sorry that you feel this way. This club requires a public mailing
list, in fact it is perhaps one of the most important things that this
club offers. A mailing list that merely announces when our meetings are
going to be held would do very little good for the group as a whole.
The process of members sending emails to every other member in search of
help, advice, or for anything is what makes this club (and all Linux
Users Groups alike) special. You can see when our next meeting will be
held by visiting the club's website:
http://www.ic.sunysb.edu/Clubs/lugsb. I'll take you off the list now,
and I hope to see you at our next meeting (which will be February 19th @
6:45 in CS2129).

--Mark.
