[LUGSB] Meeting on Thursday

Hey Everyone,
Our second meeting of the semester will be held this Thursday @ 6:45 in
the Computer Science building room 2129.  I'm thinking that it would be
cool to have a meeting where those who want to can just show off things
that they think are really cool.  A working title for Thursday's meeting
might be, "Cool Stuff Day".  I plan on showing off Dashboard [1].
Hopefully I'll get it to a point where it is blatantly obvious how cool
it is.  Maybe Dan will be willing to show that neat wireless lan picture
sniffer deal, and maybe John would like to show some eclipse stuff.  I
don't know.  It just seems like a neat idea.  Anyone who is interested
in showing something should just show up.  I'll also have copies of the
newest KNOPPIX available to hand out to anyone who would like it.  I'm
also going to try and get my grubby little hands on the version of
KNOPPIX with the 2.6 kernel in it.  That might be something else that'll
be neat to play around with.
