[LUGSB] Debian dual-boot

Greetings,

I'm about to do a debian network install on a 200gb drive, which already
consists of three partitions. Currently win2k3 server is installed on
partition 1, along with all my data on partition 3. The idea is to
install debian to partition 2, and dual boot. All three partitions are
NTFS at the moment.

My questions are:
What should I look out for when installing lilo alongside win2k3 server?
I have some critical data on partition 3, so I'm concerned about the
possibility that I will no longer be able to access windows/my NTFS
stored data. I'm concerned that this might occur, perhaps due to some
windows/ntfs issues that I'm not aware of. Whats the best way of going
about such an installation process keeping these issues in mind?

There might be no issue at all with such an installation, but as the
data on partition 3 is critical, I want to make sure I know everything
before I go ahead and install.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

-Jared
