Sorry about the empty-mail that I sent by mistake...

Antialiasing works with any scalable fonts, not just bitstream vera.

Mozilla has supported antialiasing since 1.4, but IIRC the build process
doesn't include XFT support by default. Are you downloading ready-made
RPMs or compiling from sources? If you're compiling them yourself I
suggest you try find pre-built RPMs, since there are so many little
configuration options with Mozilla that you're better off not worrying
about yourself.

Font support in X went through major upgrades over the last few years, so
font trouble is not unheard of when mixing software that is a bit old with
newer stuff.

I've got a copy of PartitionMagic 8.0.

I've also got Acronis PartitionExpert 2003, which gives you more control
and supposedly (according to them) runs up to 1000% faster. Check their
website for more info. There should be no problems using it, the
interface is generally analagous to PMagic and they've been rated as
highly reliable. (I personally have never had any trouble with PM and
I've probably repartitioned 40 computers or so with various versions
of it from 4.0 and up, but I've heard of at least 5 cases where people
have had trouble.)

It's on my home computer, but I don't have the originals with me and I
don't have any blank CDs handy, so I've included both in an ISO that
boots into PartitionMagic, which is available on sparky in the
/tmp/perfectlylegal folder. I assume that only one person will download
this and burn one CD of it for use in one computer. ;-)

If it's gone before you can get a copy, let me know.
