Are you talking about the file NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5336-pkg1.run?
I downloaded it from 
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display_ia32_1.0-5336.html this week.
I followed the instructions for SuSE 8.2.

Any other ideas?
