In their defense, I do remember there being a problem with un-
subscribing when I was the maintainer of the list.  I looked into it a
while back and it didn't seem like there was any setting that was
incorrectly set in the mailing list administrator settings.  It might be
a problem that exists somewhere else.  That is, assuming that the
problem still exists at all.  It was over a year ago that I looked into
the problem.
