[LUGSB] introduction and question

I think most people have either Earthlink, Verizon or Cablevision (Optimum
Online). Out of these, I'm pretty sure Optimum Online is the only cable
service, so I'd recommend that.
I'm not really sure what your area would have though. Why don't you ask the
Stony Brook LUG?
