[LUGSB] LugSB is coming back!

YAY!
Its great to see that LUGSB is coming back to life after a year of
inactivity. I'd like to thank Jeff for bringing all the official matters
together so that this could happened!

As for the first meeting, has the topic been set or is it still up in 
the air?
