[LUGSB] FC5 available to download

My experience with CD downloading is unhappy.  After serveral hours of
downloading,
and burning of the CD, the CD is not usable when I use it to install.  I
think
there is a method to check the download files before burning the CD.  I
think the 
SHAISUM file is for this purpose.

Can some one tell me how to do the checking?  thank you.
