[LUGSB] A fast Ubuntu mirror

I'm pretty sure there is a Debian mirror on the Stony Brook campus, and that MIT would prefer if you used that instead.  I can't imagine a LAN connection being noticeably slower than whatever ridiculously awesome grade of optical carrier line MIT has.
