[LUGSB] Disabling touchpad on USB mouse connect

Nifty! I have the same laptop, I don't have problems with the touchpad on this 
particular model but my old lappy was annoying (Its probably a function of how 
deeply recessed the touchpad is.). Now only thing left is to switch back to 
touchpad when the battery in your wireless mouse dies d: I know you can query 
battery health of the logitech mice (or at least the MX700).
