[LUGSB] About my wireless installation

It can't run it which gives me an error when I choose newest Kernel.
 
The error is:
 
Using IPI No-shortcut mode
VFS:Can't open root device"hda2" or unknown-block(0,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot opton: here are the available partitions
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
 
How should I solve this problem
