[LUGSB] Print from Anywhere

Ack, sorry to spam the list, but I should mention this inference came

It's also possible that they're running a separate gateway for their 
linux machines, that passes the username off to the pharos app somehow, 
which is also something stonybook could do if that's the method of doing 
this.
