I think we should be spending the money on something specifically
Linux or LUGSB related - not the neatest new hardware that might be
fun to play with, and is only tangentially related to Linux.

Since Linux can be a difficult thing to spend money on, maybe we can
just buy things for LUGSB.  A large poster.  A real cloth or vinyl
banner.  A print run of some high-quality weatherproof flyers.
Stuffed Tuxes.  T-Shirts or Sweatshirts (member pays half the cost, we
pay the other half.)  Pressed CDs of the distro-du-jour.  Blank CDs,
Jewel Cases, and printed inserts.
