Thanks for the login details. The sparky email help page I found was lying
about the imap server (mail.ic.sunysb.edu instead of webmail.ic...),

This is getting absurd at a faster rate than I expected. Through either imap
or pop, I can't download messages that aren't in my inbox, but of course I
can't move messages to my inbox with my quota capped unless I delete some
messages. I suppose I could log into sparky and scp my entire ~/Mail
directory away. I don't know what kind of format it's in or what program I
would use to conveniently read it, but the contents would all be there in
plain text. Well, except for the attachments, and as I've got homeworks to
grade in there, it would be unacceptable if I were unable to recover those.

I'm gonna contact client support or the student helpdesk tomorrow.

mail; it works great, and avoids any header headaches.

I'm technically not supposed to have students contact me on an address that
goes through gmail though. Otherwise I'd continue what I was doing at the
beginning of the semester, having every single account forward to gmail and
replying on their individual webmails.

Not sure what you mean by sanitized...
