[LUGSB] Lisp Links (+ recommended reading)

I wrote the message at 4:00 am after I woke up in the middle of the night. :P News groups here means "discussion groups", including mailing lists.
All I was suggesting is that people who can't read directions at the bottom of every e-mail provide a very clear first impression.
