[LUGSB] [Announce] Meeting tomorrow, Friday at 5pm

I'm happy to announce the release of LUGSB Meeting version 2.08.08!  We will 
be having a release event tomorrow (Friday the 8th) in the CS building at 
5PM, room 2311 or 2129.

A topic for tomorrow's meeting will be announced shortly, but I promise, it'll 
be engrossing.  We hope to see you there!
