Please forward and distribute this to your club
members, and if there are anyone of them that you think would be
particularly interested in the contest, please urge them to join. The
current deadline for registration is Mar 4th, but I am negotiating
with the admin. to extend it until Mar 6th, the Thursday before the
contest, so please urge the interested students to send us email to
register ASAP.

Here are just some details about the event:

1) 24HR long, intensive problem solving session

2) Starts on 19:00 on Mar 7th, 2008

3) IEEE will provide the students with Internet connection, as well as
computers, but we would assume most of the students will bring along
their own laptop and softwares

4) The programming language will be C/C++ and Java

5) Both graduate and undergraduate students are eligible, and they
don't have to be IEEE member for now, but I will have to confirm on
that.

6) Refreshment and coffee will be serve throughout the event.

7) All participants will get a T-shirt and recognition certificates.
