[LUGSB] Is there an admin in the house?

The problem is that they are using e-mail addresses that are subscribed
to send the spam.  Now that they have these addresses, I think there is
no choice but to moderate.  Also, in terms of the archives, I think they
should be public, but all e-mail addresses removed - there is no reason
why e-mail addresses need to be there (even obfuscated).
