[LUGSB] Important: Summer Budget

We have a $400 approved budget from an asked for $850. This was originally
intended to build a giant concrete tux, but the $400 does not seem like its
enough to make one on the scale we wanted to.

We are having an emergency meeting this Thursday, July 24th at 19:00 EST in
the CS lobby.  This is open to all members, and all members are encouraged
to come and discuss what we are spending this money on so we can
build/hack/buy it immediately.

 This money MUST be spent, because we are more likely to get better funding
if we spend it, and less likely to get the same amount if we don't. It is OK
to spend it on a completely different project, though the University prefers
permanent stuff over pizza/beer/club monte. Even if you have no ideas, I
urge you to meet up Thursday, if only to catch up on what everyone has been
doing over the summer.
