[LUGSB] Important: Summer Budget

We could do that, but it would be less than 1/2 the original size, closer to
2ft than 5 or 6. Or we can make an army of small tuxes ~6 (1/2 foot). Still,
we need people to meet on face to face so we can actually go out, buy the
materials and start building it. We only have 4 weeks to spend the money.
