[LUGSB] Giant Tux Building Party

So a lot of people on campus have a painted rock. Some members decided a rock is nice, but a giant concrete painted Tux is way, way better. I got approval for a budget to build said tux, and am working on getting approval for placing it in the small triangle of grass in the front of Javitz. Though the location and materials will be decided upon during the meeting.
