[LUGSB] Good Domain Registrars

I checked out name.com. The website says $7.99/year along with
"limited time offer. 1 year new registrations only." $5 would be
awesome, are you on some special offer discount package at name.com?

Register4less.com looks like a really good registrar except for the
$15 price. It would be great if someone could find out a registrar
with similar quality of service but priced at somewhere close to
$10/year.
