[LUGSB] Good Domain Registrars

Hi everyone,

I'd like to know which is in your opinion the best (esp. inexpensive)
domain registrar.
I'm looking to transfer some .com domains, and am willing to pay $10
or less per year.
Godaddy at first seemed to me as the logical option; but after seeing
some of the pretty intensive negative PR surrounding them
(http://nondaddy.com), I hesitated.

I currently have 2 domains registered with Yahoo and they recently
increased their yearly charges from 9.95$ to an absurd $34.95
(http://misguidedthoughts.com/journal/2008/05/yahoo-domain-renewals-increase-to-3495year).
This is why I need to transfer the domains.
