This is the first draft to spend our $510.  Don't say "let's get X" or
"don't get Y", if you have a suggestion, make sure the total is still
around $500.  For example, "Lets get rid of the LNX stickers, and use
that money to buy more LINUX fish".  I will submit the budget request
to Russel by Friday, May 1st, so that's the deadline for any changes.
