[LUGSB] LUGSB E-Board elections...take two!

I also want to allocate the remainder of our budget on Friday, so
JON, MAKE SURE YOU COME!!!!!!!
As for everyone else, please come, I do not want the allocation forms to only have the e-board members names on them.
