[LUGSB] Too many emails

Hi is there anyway i can get only the emails about general info like
meetings and stuff like that and not about irc channels and routers firmware
etc... cuz my email is getting swamped with lugsb stuff daily and it doesnt
seem worth being on the email list. Please advise, thank you
