[LUGSB] IRC inside the campus

I was trying to login first from the dorms, the network available there is
WolfieNet-Open. The SSL solution works fine and it is easy to deploy.

I usually help the ubuntu community by testing alpha and beta software,
unfortunately I was not that active during the 10.10 cycle.
