[LUGSB] Questions about Wolfienet

Sometimes I have trouble connecting, but I rarely have disconnects. If
you use a packet sniffer, you should get some idea of what is
happening behind the scenes. Usually I see tons of ARP requests when I
am having trouble connecting.
