[LUGSB] suggest stable rolling distribution

Unless you have a weak machine, Gentoo is the way to go. Arch has its charms
but its lack of signing and its instability bother me. Mint looks
interesting, and vanilla Debian Testing is also a choice. I believe
Frugalware is also rolling-release, and is something like a much less insane
Arch; try it out!
