Hello Folks,
Somehow, the certificate that the school is using for the wireless has
expired. When I try to connect to our school's wireless, wpa_supplicant
gives me the following error:
TLS: Certificate verification failed, error 10 (certificate has expired)
depth 0 for '/C=US/O=loki.no
c.stonybrook.edu/OU=GT51096499/OU=See www.rapidssl.com/resources/cps
(c)09/OU=Domain Control Validate
d - RapidSSL(R)/CN=loki.noc.stonybrook.edu'
SSL: SSL3 alert: write (local SSL3 detected an error):fatal:certificate
expired
OpenSSL: tls_connection_handshake - SSL_connect error:14090086:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICA
TE:certificate verify failed
CTRL-EVENT-EAP-FAILURE EAP authentication failed
If you want to connect to the school wireless, just change the date to
yesterday and connect to it after that. It will work with you.
I tried that with one of my flatmates, and it works.
