[LUGSB] September 26th, Meeting

Oh, this is kind of relevant. About a month ago, these results were
published about power regressions in recent version of the kernel:

Which is a little worrying, especially since I'm primarily a laptop
user. So spotting problems with powertop, and kernel optimization and
all that, at least helps lighten the load.
