[Unionfs] mount: special device none does not exist

Hello Im having error when performing this command:


root at Matic:/home/matic/dsslive/modules# mount -t unionfmount -t unionfs -o \
> dirs=$pnow/modules/mydebased/=rw:/initrd/kernel=ro:/initrd/base=ro \
> none $pnow/modules/UNIONFS
mount: special device none does not exist

Im using Ubuntu Dapper.

I would be really glad if any solution woudl be found.
