[Unionfs] Correct mount parameters

Hi all,

I am still struggling about the "wrong parameter -22" problem (and thus
freezing my host) when playing arround
with unionfs.

A

"mount -t unionfs -o dirs=/data/xxx=ro:/data/xxy=rw unionfs /data/unionfs"

cause the above mentioned problem.

What is really wrong here ?
Why is the parameter "unionfs" needed before the parameter mount point ?
