[Unionfs] Unionfs-utils 0.1 Released

Unionfs-utils 0.1 has just been released. Throughout Unionfs's development,
the userspace utilities have always been part of the Unionfs package.
Several months ago, several people pointed out that it would make sense to
have a unionfs library to manipulate mounted unions.

Unionfs-utils is a autotool-ified package containing the code for the
union{ctl,dbg,imap} executables as well as a shared and static libraries.
This version is known to work with Unionfs version 1.4. The binaries created
by this package are fully compatible with those bundled in the Unionfs
package.
