[Unionfs] Problems with x86-64 smp and dynamically linked
executables

Hi,
I'm having some problems with unionfs, I have done a live-cd based on opensuse
10.0 (kernel 2.6.13-15-smp) on 64 bit machines, I do a pivot_root and a
chroot on a dir mounted in unionfs which become my new root (just like others
like slax do) and all works fine on single processors 32 bit machines, but
when I try to do the same thing on a 64 bit smp one I can only launch
statically linked binaries (like chroot compiled statically or init) but when
I try to launch program dinamically linked once chrooted I get an error of
execve failed.
I'm using unionfs 1.1.5 (the only that compiles with 2.6.13) .
Any ideas ? Is it a known issue of old relases ?
thanks in advance.
