[Unionfs] [ANNOUNCE] Unionfs 2.1.6 released

We are pleased to announce Unionfs 2.1.6.  Changes from 2.1.5 are:

- fix compile bug if DEBUG is off
- fix EBUSY bug when renaming dirs on top of nfs2/3 (affected 2.6.9 only)
- updated for 2.6.23-rc8, 2.6.22.9, and 2.6.20.20
- applied coding standards to *entire* code base

This code was tested on all of our ports: 2.6.{23,22,21,20,19,18,9}.
