How is your environment configured, Fernando?  How can I reproduce it on my
end here?  Any livecd I can download and try myself?

I've noticed you're using vmware: can I get a tarball of your entire VM?
And, does it depend on anything else (like, say, external servers being
configured in a specific manner)?
