B5JMS status update after JMS' resignation

This list was created in order to email subscribers messages from JMS.
Originally only messages posted on rastb5 were forwarded to this list.
Later on, I started forwarding messages from Compuserve (CIS), compiled by
The Green Meddler.  The Green Meddler has stopped compiling these messages a
few weeks ago, but a new person has taken over the job 1-2 weeks ago.  Hence
messages from JMS posted on CIS will shortly resume being forwarded to this
list.

It is my intention to try and gather as many messages posted by JMS to other
online services such as AOL, Genie, etc. and forward them to B5JMS.  In
addition, I will forward any messages JMS will post to the new info group
rec.arts.sf.tv.babylon5.info, when they start showing up.

It is my hope also that a new way will be found to bring JMS back on Usenet.
I hope this will happen eventually.  Actually, I am more than just hopeful;
I am personally trying to get involved in the effort to bring JMS back with
his approval.

Anyway, I hope you will all approve of this slight change in the charter of
this mailing list.  As usual, I am open to suggestions and ideas of all
sorts.

I'm now going to forward some of JMS' messages posted to CIS and AOL in the
past two weeks.  Hold on to your hats.
